Shock therapy for fiscal-budgetary consolidation
The second semester of last year marked our country and #39;s entry into a fiscal-budgetary consolidation phase forced by reality, after a first semester that pushed the deficit to 3.68% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and amplified the risk of a sovereign rating downgrade and a loss of momentum in the absorption of European funds.
